Sony Xperia C4 LTE variant now available for purchase in US
Sony has officially started selling the Xperia C4 smartphone in the US. The device – which was announced back in May this year and went on sale in
Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia in June – can now be purchased in the US through Best Buy, which is currently selling it for $275.
Specs-wise, the handset is powered by a Mediatek MT6752 chipset with octa-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-T760MP2 GPU, and sports a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable internal memory, and packs in a 2600 mAh battery.
In terms of camera, the Xperia C4 features a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP wide-angle front shooter. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. Keep in mind that the model (available in both white and black colors) Best Buy is offering supports US LTE bands, although it’s compatible only with GSM carriers.
